Axiom Professional Services, Inc. ("Axiom," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. It does not govern protected health information (PHI) that we process on behalf of healthcare clients — that information is handled under our client agreements and the terms described below.
Information we collect
- Contact information you provide. When you call or email us, we receive the details you share — such as your name, practice, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.
- Usage and device data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and reliability.
- Local preferences. We store your language preference in your browser's local storage. This never leaves your device and is not used to track you.
Protected health information (PHI)
When Axiom fulfills release-of-information and subpoena requests for a healthcare client, we act as a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). PHI is handled strictly under the applicable Business Associate Agreement and HIPAA's requirements — not under this website policy. No PHI is collected through this website.
How we use information
We use website information to respond to your inquiries, provide and improve our services, and maintain the security of our systems. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
Our contact page embeds a Google Maps frame to show our office location. When it loads, Google may receive standard request information. Please review Google's privacy policy for details on their practices.
Your choices
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to request that we update or delete it. You can clear your browser's local storage to remove your saved language preference.
